When will my order be sent?
Orders received by 2:00pm, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day! Please note that there may be slight delays in shipping at times of high volume orders. Can I return the product?
We hope that you will be delighted with your order, however, we do accept returns and are happy to offer you a store credit or exchange. You'll just need to:
1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the product and
2. Return the item unused and in original, unopened and undamaged condition.

How to use
How to:
Hair Care Routine
Apply Shampoo to your hand, and lightly lather with water. Massage into wet hair for a few minutes to remove dirt and residue. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat to cleanse hair and scalp.
Follow with your favourite esmi Conditioner. Squeeze the excess water out of your hair. Apply Conditioner to your hand, massage into your hair and leave for a few minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
Skin Care Routine
Step 1: Cleanser
Start with a clean, supple base. Apply a pearl-sized amount of the cleanser to damp hands and massage gently into skin with an upward motion. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water or remove with esmi's Microfibre Facial Cleansing Mitt. Use morning and double cleanse at night.
Step 2: Serum
Treat your skin to powerful active ingredients. Dispense a pearl size amount of serum from the dropper onto fingertips and massage into the skin after cleansing or exfoliation. Can be used morning or evening.
Step 3: Moisturiser or Hydra-Fluid
Add extra nutrients and lock in moisture. Using the the bamboo applicator or clean fingers, scoop and apply a pearl size amount to the face, neck and decolletage. Can be used both morning and evening. Always follow with SPF application in the morning!
